Dotster "MyInternet" Sweepstakes

The Dotster "MyInternet" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 4, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 4, 2007.
No purchase is necessary to enter and win.

1. There are 2 Ways to Enter: (1). Online. You may enter the Sweepstakes by becoming a Doster "MyInternet" customer, by visiting www.dotsterdots.com, filling in the online entry form and submitting it in accordance with the on-screen directions. When you sign up, you will be "automatically-entered", and eligible to win a prize. Only one (1) online entry per person and per email address will be allowed. Use of any robotic/automated system or agent to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Online entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. (2). By mail. You may also enter the sweepstakes, without making a purchase, by hand-printing, on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper, your name, complete address, date of birth, day/night phone number and email address, if you have one. Enclose this in a hand-addressed #10 business-size envelope and mail to: Dotster "MyInternet" Sweepstakes, 1878 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610. You may enter by mail one time during the promotion period. Sponsor is not responsible for mailed entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due. All entries submitted become the sole property of Dotster (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United
States or the District of Columbia, and be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, website developers and administrators, and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, spouses and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

3. Drawing and Notification: The potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be held on or about February 20, 2007 under the supervision of an Independent Sweepstakes Administrator. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone initially and confirmed in writing. If the potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days from the first notification attempt, then such person may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

4. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 2007 Corvette Convertible, having an ARV (Approximate Retail Value) of $50,000. Sponsor will arrange delivery to a Corvette dealer within driving range of winner's home. The automobile will have a Dotster logo and custom paint job, including tastefully painted dots over the car's surface. The winner must agree to leave the paint "as is" for 24 months after he/she receives the automobile, and to not resell it during the same first 24 month ownership period. The Grand Prize winner must have a valid US, Military or International drivers license.

There is one (1) First Prize of a five-day, four-night trip for two (2) people to Hawaii. Prize package includes; round-trip coach class air transportation from a major airport closest to winner's residence to Honolulu, HI, plus double occupancy accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor's choice and a rental car, procured at the airport in HI, and subject to car rental company's terms. ARV of First Prize: $4000.

There is one Second Prize of a trip for 2 to the Caribbean island of Sponsor's choice, including coach air fare, and hotel accommodations for 4-days/3-nights. ARV of Second Prize: $2875.

There are also 125 Third Prizes of a white logoed Dotster T-shirt (size XL only), each having an ARV of $20. Total ARV of all Third Prizes: $2500.

Total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $59,375.

Prize Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Independent Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be considered final. Each winner will be required to execute an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and (except where prohibited) a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification. If potential winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then that individual will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. This sweepstakes shall be governed by the privacy policy of the Sponsor, which is available their website. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address for promotional purposes, worldwide and in all forms of media, without further compensation.

Travel and accommodations are subject to availability, restrictions and blackout dates. Winner and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. The travel companion of the First and Second Prize winners must also execute and return a liability release, and, except where prohibited a publicity release. If travel companion is a minor, then he/she may travel only with written permission of his/her parent or legal guardian, who must execute all required documents on the minor's behalf. All travel-related expenses not expressly specified above, including, without limitation, meals and beverages, taxes, in-room services, telephone, and gratuities are solely the winner's responsibility. Travel must be booked at least forty-five (45) days in advance of travel.

Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of comparable or greater value.

6. Limitations of Liability: Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize awarded, or participation in this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (1) system errors and technical failures of any kind; (2) any incorrect information, whether caused by entrants, Sponsor or printing errors; (3) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; or (4) human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Sweepstakes Entities' liability will be limited to the cost of entering the Sweepstakes, and in no event will the Sweepstakes Entities be liable for attorneys' fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

7. General Conditions: If for any reason the online portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes, and select winners from all entries received up to the point of termination. If an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 8. Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

9. Winners List: For a written confirmation of the winners names and city of residence (available after February 20, 2007, but no later than March 20, 2007) send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Dotster "MyInternet" Sweepstakes, PO Box 25497, Rochester, NY 14625.

10. Independent Sweepstakes Administrator: The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., 625 Panorama Trail (Building 2, Suite 100), Rochester, NY 14625, who is responsible for overseeing the prizes being offered, and whose decisions will be considered final in regard to all decisions related to this promotion.
